Moin, we are the Unterbergs, and Sense of Wonder is our brick-and-mortar shop for ‘all things science fiction and fantasy’, located in the traditional Grindelviertel neighbourhood in the heart of Hamburg.

Come by and awaken your ‘sense of wonder’ with our select range of books, comics, board and role-playing games, and merchandise.

You can find us at Grindelallee 73 in Hamburg's university district; our opening hours are Tuesday to Friday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Unfortunately, we are closed on Mondays.

We are always on the lookout for interesting things and ideas from the world of science fiction, fantasy and other speculative fiction. We are also happy to help you if you are looking for something specific and cannot (yet) find it in our local shop.
